The VERSAFLOW 4 series not only features a flexible modular design and greater process flexibility, but also comes with an ultra-modern user interface - the new ERSASOFT 5.

The series includes the VERSAFLOW 4 XL, which is designed for soldering ‘XL’ size PCBs. The new VERSAFLUX and VERSAFLEX modules revolutionise flexibility and enable ideal soldering quality.

The compact SMARTFLOW 2020 system has a small footprint and offers technical solutions that are ideally suited for small series production or prototyping.

With the Erse CAD Assistant, four welding procedures can be created quickly and easily - with automatic path optimisation and 3D views.

The ERSE Single Spot Soldering Module has an innovative ‘Spot Thinning’ feature that enables the formation of solder joints and prevents bridging when soldering horizontally on the cylinder. Since the solder is ejected from the nozzle in no fixed direction, the wave can be moved in any direction.

In addition to single-spot welding modules, ESAB also offers multi-spot welding modules for series production in the VERSAFLOW series and ECOCELL, which significantly reduce cycle times and guarantee consistent welding results, thus increasing productivity.
