Ersa EXOS 10/26 Vacuum Reflow Oven for considerable reduction of cavitation. Ersa's EXOS 10/26 vacuum reflow oven with 11 heating zones, equivalent to one vacuum chamber with two reflow zones and four cooling zones, offers a considerable reduction of voids in electronics production.
A highlight of the EXOS is the vacuum chamber, which is part of the reflow zone and allows a reduction of voids (depending on solder paste, components and PCBs) of up to 99%.
The conveyor system is divided into four zones: board entry control zone, preheating and reflow zone, vacuum zone and cooling zone, each equipped with individually controllable conveyor belts. The conveyor system in the vacuum zone is lubrication-free and therefore very low-maintenance, as is the entire system, and the EXOS software allows the operator to operate the various functions in a simple and intuitive manner and ensures safe, continuous operation.
The Erse EXOS 10/26 features a four-stage transfer system in which the vacuum module is lubrication-free.
globalPoint reflow soldering measurement systems and process monitoring identify problems and prevent errors.
globalPoint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kurt ERSE, develops measurement systems for process acquisition, analysis and optimisation as well as real-time online monitoring. With its accurate and innovative PTP (Professional Temperature Profiler)® measurement technology, along with companion measurement boards and intelligent, user-friendly software, globalPoint has been setting the global standard for welding processes for more than 20 years.
For more than 20 years, globalPoint has been setting global standards for welding processes. Its newly developed Professional Temperature Monitoring (PTM) technology enables real-time online monitoring of the reflow process. The temperature-time profile of the component and the thermal setting of the reflow furnace are decisive factors.
